What we do
The Voice Pal is an AI phone receptionist for service businesses. When a call comes in and you can't pick up, The Voice Pal answers, books the appointment into your calendar, and texts your customer a confirmation. It works after hours, on Sundays, and the moment your hands are full.
We charge a fair monthly fee — far less than a part-time receptionist, with no per-booking commissions, no marketplace tax, and no claims on your customer relationships. Your customers are your customers.
Why now
Voice AI passed the credibility test in 2024 and 2025. The current generation of voice models speaks naturally, handles interruptions, and understands context the same way a good human receptionist does. The technology is ready. The business model — finally — works at small-business prices.
What's left is the work of building something that's actually pleasant to use. That's our job.
How we think about this
- Boring, in the best way. The Voice Pal should feel less like a futuristic AI product and more like a phone that finally works. The drama is in the calls you no longer miss, not in the software.
- You own your business. We're not a marketplace. We don't market to your customers, sell their data, or insert ourselves between you and the people who pay you.
- Honest pricing. Flat monthly tiers. Overage is clearly labeled. No upsell pop-ups inside the product. No "tap to unlock" buttons on features that should already be included.
- White-glove onboarding. The first 100 customers get personal setup help from us. The first call your AI handles should be a great one.
